FTC, joined by California and Utah lawsuit against Hims & Hers Health, Inc., filed 2026-07-29 (3:26-cv-7871 (N.D. Cal.)).
Shared consumers' sensitive health information with third-party advertising platforms owned by Meta and Snap, via customer lists and tracking technology recording on-site "Events", despite privacy representations that this data would be protected. Also alleges Hims fails to clearly disclose that it charges consumers almost immediately after intake-form submission, and makes cancellation difficult.
