Our pick: Zevay

Zevay vs Hims: what actually matters

What are you actually buying?

Zevay offers testosterone injections and cream and sells enclomiphene, through an independent physician network (its pages, read 12 October 2026). Hims sells only oral enclomiphene for low testosterone, and its FAQ says it does not currently offer TRT injections (hims.com, read 14 October 2026). Enclomiphene prompts the body to make more of its own testosterone; injections replace it.

What does each cost?

Zevay's FAQ prices testosterone cypionate at $129 a month, billed $387 every three months, and enclomiphene at $139 a month, billed $417 every three months, with first labs at $49. The treatment card on the same page says "From $119/mo" next to the $387 quarterly bill, which works out to $129, so read $129 as the rate. Hims charges $99 a month for enclomiphene on a 10-month plan paid upfront ($990), and publishes no price for shorter plans.

What does a year cost?

Four quarters of Zevay injections plus first labs come to $1,597 by our arithmetic; follow-up lab prices are not stated, so the real total is higher. For Hims we do not total a year, because it prices only ten months.

Are labs included?

Zevay charges $49 for the first labs and does not state what follow-up labs cost. We have no lab terms for Hims, whose pages returned an error to our checker on 11 and 24 September 2026.

Can you cancel?

Zevay renews every quarter unless you cancel at least three business days before the renewal date, with no refunds for partly used periods (its terms, read 15 October 2026). Hims renews unless you cancel two days before renewal, also with no refund for partly used periods.

Which should you pick?

Zevay is the higher score and the only one of the two that prescribes testosterone itself, billed a quarter at a time. If you want only enclomiphene, Hims is cheaper per month but needs ten months upfront. Neither publishes the states it serves, and Hims & Hers has an open FDA warning letter from 9 September 2025 about its compounded GLP-1 marketing.
