Short answer: the lowest monthly figure we track for online TRT is Peter MD at $79/mo on a 12-month plan billed upfront ($948 at checkout; its monthly plan is $139). Next come NRG Clinic at $85/mo on its Total Care injection plan, after a $230 first payment, and a group of clinics at $99/mo on a prepaid year, such as HeydayMD ($1,188 upfront, lab kit included). The cheapest number is rarely the cheapest year: check the plan length, the amount due at checkout and whether labs are included before you compare.

Why the cheapest online TRT is harder to find than the lowest price
A low monthly figure can hide three different costs:
- Plan length. Many of the lowest figures are a yearly or six-month plan divided by the number of months. You pay the whole term at checkout.
- Labs. Some clinics include blood work in the plan; others bill it on top, once at the start or on a schedule.
- Medication. A membership fee can pay for the clinician and leave the testosterone itself as a second charge.
So two clinics that both say "$99/mo" can cost very different amounts in your first year.
The cheapest online TRT plans in 2026
| Clinic | Lowest figure | How it is billed | Labs |
|---|---|---|---|
| Peter MD | $79/mo | 12-month plan billed upfront ($948); $109/mo on 6 months ($654); $139 month to month | Billed on top: $340 the first year, $115 a year after |
| NRG Clinic | $85/mo | Total Care injection plan: $230 first payment, then $85 a month, 2-month minimum | Starting labs $79; follow-up labs included |
| HeydayMD | $99/mo | $1,188 prepaid year; $699 for six months | Lab kit included on the annual plan |
| DudeMeds | $1,176 for 48 weeks | Supplies of 12, 24 or 48 weeks: $345, $690 or $1,176 | Core lab panel included |
| Taurus Meds | $149/mo | 30-day supply, after a $49 blood test and physician consult | Routine blood test included |
What the table says: Peter MD has the lowest monthly figure, but only on the yearly plan, and its blood work is extra. NRG Clinic is the lowest figure that does not ask for a year upfront. Taurus Meds prices a 30-day supply with its routine blood test in the price.
Peter MD: lowest figure, on a 12-month plan
Peter MD lists three plan lengths for TRT injections: $79 a month on 12 months ($948 billed upfront), $109 a month on 6 months ($654 billed upfront) and $139 on its monthly plan. The plans cover medication, physician consults, supplies and shipping.
Blood work is not in any of them. Peter MD's own pricing table puts it at $340 for the first year and $115 a year after. So the yearly plan's first year comes to about $1,288 with labs, and the monthly plan's to about $2,008.
Peter MD also offers a price-match guarantee: a verified lower competitor price gets your order discounted 20%. What to check first is in the Peter MD review and in is Peter MD legit.
NRG Clinic: the lowest figure without a prepaid year
NRG Clinic prices testosterone injections on its Total Care plan at $85 a month after a $230 first payment, with a two-month minimum. Follow-up visits and follow-up labs are included; starting labs are $79 on top.
Paying per supply instead, NRG sells a 10 mL testosterone vial for $269, which it says lasts up to three months at a typical dose. NRG serves fewer states than most clinics here, so check yours in the review first.
HeydayMD and the $99 prepaid years
Several clinics land on $99 a month on a prepaid year. HeydayMD bills $1,188 upfront for its annual plan with a lab kit included; its six-month plan is $699, with the lab kit extra. Plans renew automatically for the same term.
A prepaid year is the cheapest way to buy TRT from these clinics only if you stay on treatment, with the same clinic, for the whole year. Read the cancellation and refund terms in each review before you pay a year at once.
DudeMeds: supplies by the week, labs included
DudeMeds now sells testosterone injections as 12, 24 or 48-week supplies: $345, $690 or $1,176. Every supply includes a core TRT lab panel, a live video visit and injection supplies. The 48-week supply works out to $24.50 a week.
Taurus Meds: a 30-day supply, blood test included
Taurus Meds prices testosterone cypionate injections at $149 a month for a 30-day supply, including a routine blood test, clinician support and shipping. Treatment starts with a $49 blood test and physician consult.
Needle-free on a budget
If you want to avoid injections, Male Excel sells testosterone cream at $132 a month, billed every two months, plus its $99 a month medical membership. That puts its realistic starting total near $231 a month, more than the injection plans above. Every needle-free route we track is in TRT without needles and on our testosterone cream page.
How to choose the cheapest online TRT for you
| Your priority | Where to look first |
|---|---|
| Lowest monthly figure, happy to prepay a year | Peter MD ($79/mo on 12 months, labs extra) |
| Lowest figure without paying a year upfront | NRG Clinic ($85/mo after a $230 first payment) |
| Starting lab kit included in a prepaid year | HeydayMD ($1,188 for the year, lab kit included at the start) |
| A 30-day supply, blood test in the price | Taurus Meds ($149 for a 30-day supply) |
| No injections | Male Excel cream ($132/mo plus the $99/mo membership) |
Bottom line: add the labs and the checkout amount to the monthly figure before you compare. On that basis the cheapest first year depends on whether you can pay a year upfront: if you can, the prepaid plans win; if you can't, look at NRG Clinic's two-month minimum and Taurus Meds' 30-day supply.
