TRT Nation's headline price is $99.99/mo. That rate is real. Our October 2026 render of trtnation.com/testosterone-therapy/ confirmed it. What the headline doesn't carry: a footnote under the Testosterone price card that reads *2.5 months minimum purchase.
At $99.99 per month, a 2.5-month minimum means you pay $249.98 before your first month is over. It's not a recurring charge, but a floor you clear before the service starts. If you're price-comparing TRT clinics and TRT Nation shows up at "$99.99/mo," you're seeing the per-month rate, not the entry cost.

What the footnote actually says
We rendered trtnation.com/testosterone-therapy/ in a real browser on 5 October 2026. The page displays a Testosterone card at $99.99/mo. Directly below it, in small print: *2.5 months minimum purchase.
That footnote does not appear in the plain HTML served by the server. It loads from the client-side JavaScript payload after hydration. A plain page-source read returns the $99.99 figure without the footnote. You see the constraint only in a rendered browser or by parsing the React payload.
The practical math: 2.5 × $99.99 = $249.98 minimum commitment to start.
How this compares to other clinics
A 2.5-month minimum is not the most unusual pricing structure in online TRT, but it sits in a middle ground:
| Clinic | Entry commitment | Our score |
|---|---|---|
| Keeps TRT | Monthly, cancel anytime | reviewed |
| Male Excel | Monthly after first fill | reviewed |
| Hone Health | Monthly plan available | reviewed |
| TRT Nation | 2.5-month minimum ($249.98) | 7.1/10 |
| HeydayMD | Annual plan, $1,188 upfront | reviewed |
TRT Nation's minimum is lower than HeydayMD's annual commitment but higher than month-to-month options. The key question is whether it comes with correspondingly strong value, and that's where TRT Nation's flat rate does some work.
What $249.98 buys you at TRT Nation
The $99.99/mo plan at TRT Nation is listed as a flat rate: initial consultation, follow-up appointments, and the testosterone prescription are covered. Labs are not: TRT Nation's cost page lists them as separate, about $129, or you can bring your own recent results. Ancillaries like HCG are billed separately too, and that cost is not published on the site, something we documented in our full TRT Nation review.
For someone who knows they want to stay on TRT long-term, the 2.5-month minimum is a low bar. For someone still deciding (running labs for the first time, or comparing injections versus a different delivery method), paying $249.98 before they know if the protocol suits them is a real consideration.
Why this matters for price comparisons
Online TRT price lists almost always show the per-month rate. That figure is accurate as a steady-state cost but misleads on entry: a clinic that charges $99/mo with no minimum is cheaper to try than one charging $99/mo with a 2.5-month minimum, even though the monthly rate is identical.
Our cheapest online TRT clinics page uses verified entry costs alongside monthly rates. TRT Nation's $99.99/mo appears there in context, with the minimum noted.
The full picture
TRT Nation scores 7.1/10 in our 38-clinic database. Its strengths: a fixed monthly rate covering medication, supplies and consults, no published add-on fees for consultations, and a consistent protocol. Its gaps: ancillary costs (HCG) are not disclosed, the minimum purchase is in a footnote rather than the headline, and it has no published state-by-state availability list. Its independent review record is poor: 2.1 out of 5 from 31 reviews on Trustpilot, many describing charges before a doctor approved treatment, and a B rating with 6 complaints at the BBB (both read 11 October 2026).
