Short answer
Enhanced scores 6.8/10 (#21 of 37 clinics). $99/mo on a 12-month plan billed annually; $119/mo on a 3-month plan billed quarterly ($357), the shortest injection plan while the 1-month plan is sold out; $49 start fee covers the first lab work and physician consult is what Enhanced charges today, but its own page never says whether that rate holds. We looked for a sentence confirming it rises, or confirming it doesn't, and there is neither. Treat it as unconfirmed rather than fixed, and ask before you give a card. There is also a flagged concern. See Is Enhanced legit? below.
Our verdict
Enhanced earns 6.8/10 and ranks #21 of 37 TRT clinics we've scored. Testosterone injections, cream and enclomiphene from $99 a month on a 12-month plan or $119 on three months, with prices shown only after a quiz and a $49 start fee that covers the first labs and consult.
How much does Enhanced cost?
Enhanced starts at $99/mo on a 12-month plan billed annually; $119/mo on a 3-month plan billed quarterly ($357), the shortest injection plan while the 1-month plan is sold out; $49 start fee covers the first lab work and physician consult on an annual plan ($119/mo billed month-to-month, no commitment). Verified 2026-10-12.
Paying annually saves about $240/year versus billing month-to-month.
Enhanced shows its prices after you complete its free quiz, which asks for an email or phone number first, and choose a treatment (owner screenshots, 12 October 2026). Testosterone injections and cream: $189/mo on a 1-month plan, $119/mo on a 3-month plan billed quarterly, $109/mo on a 6-month plan billed every six months, $99/mo on a 12-month plan billed annually. The injection 1-month plan is shown as Sold Out, so injections currently need at least a 3-month prepayment ($357). Enclomiphene: $159/mo monthly, then the same $119 / $109 / $99. Medication is charged when the prescription is approved. A $49 start fee covers the first lab work and physician consult; the Terms say it is refunded only if your intake is rejected before those services are made available. The struck-through prices ($291, $245, $198) and the headline "only $119/mo forever" are marketing anchors, not discounts: the lower $109 and $99 tiers sit on the same screen. Follow-up lab costs are not stated.

Watch out for
Its quiz asks for an email or phone number before it shows prices. The price screen also shows struck-through prices ($291, $245, $198) and "only $119/mo forever" beside its $109 and $99 tiers: treat the figure you select as the price, not the struck-through one as a saving. The injection 1-month plan is Sold Out, so injections start with a $357 quarterly charge. The $49 start fee covers the first lab work and physician consult; Enhanced's Terms say: "Once your medical intake has been approved and these services have been made available to you, the fee is non-refundable, including if you elect not to complete your lab work, schedule or attend your consultation, or continue treatment, or if a prescription is ultimately not issued." If intake is rejected or not completed before those services are made available, the fee is refunded. The Terms also say testosterone and other controlled substances are not eligible for the 90-day money-back guarantee. The Terms do not state how renewal or cancellation works, and the only Trustpilot review (August 2026, 1 star) complains that orders could not be cancelled. The "Verified Patient" testimonials cannot be verified.
“Testosterone deficiency doesn't kill people as far as we know but it is really an important symptomatic condition that affects quality of life.”

Score breakdown
How Enhanced works
- 1. Online intake. Complete a medical questionnaire about your symptoms and health history.
- 2. Bloodwork. Because testosterone is a Schedule III controlled substance, you'll do lab testing (at-home kit or a local lab). Never a questionnaire-only prescription.
- 3. Clinician review & delivery. A licensed clinician reviews your labs and, if appropriate, prescribes treatment shipped discreetly to your door, with ongoing monitoring.
