Fountain TRT Alternatives

Fountain TRT is a strong clinic. It scores 7.8 out of 10 with us, #6 of 39 online TRT clinics we track, above Peter MD, which is on the list below. So the reasons to look elsewhere are rarely about quality. They are about where Fountain is available and how it bills. This page covers both, and 3 partner clinics that serve states Fountain does not.

The clinics suggested on this page are affiliate partners: we may earn a commission if you sign up through their links, and each button is labelled. A commission never changes a score. The cards are ordered by our score. Clinics we have no affiliate relationship with are not suggested here, even where they score well; the full ranking lists all 39. See our affiliate disclosure.

Where Fountain TRT is strong

Fountain is all-inclusive: the membership covers a custom treatment plan, face-to-face video visits and comprehensive labs, so there is no second bill for medication or blood work. You can choose injections, cream or enclomiphene. It scores 8.5 out of 10 on patient experience and 8.0 on clinical oversight, and it names its chief medical officer, Doron Stember, MD, a urology specialist.

Why people look for an alternative

It is not available in 26 states. Fountain lists Alabama, Alaska, Arkansas, Connecticut, Delaware, Georgia, Hawaii, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maine, Massachusetts, Mississippi, Missouri, Nevada, New Hampshire, North Dakota, Oklahoma, Rhode Island, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Vermont, West Virginia, Wyoming, Washington, D.C. as places it does not serve (fountain.net, checked Sep 18, 2026). If you live in one of them, Fountain is not an option at all, whatever its score.

Billing is per 4 weeks, and the lower rates are prepaid. The no-commitment Starter plan is $199/4 wks (no commitment, billed every 4 weeks) (fountain.net, checked Oct 14, 2026). Four-week billing means 13 charges a year, not 12. The cheaper tiers are paid up front: $167/4 wks (12 weeks, billed upfront) (fountain.net, checked Oct 14, 2026) and $150/4 wks (48 weeks, billed upfront) (fountain.net, checked Oct 14, 2026). Cancel at any time by contacting Fountain; the account closes at the end of the current billing period. Its pages do not say whether unused weeks of a prepaid plan are refunded. (fountain.net, checked Oct 14, 2026)

No insurance, and no HSA or FSA statement. Fountain says no insurance is involved and makes no HSA or FSA claim on the pages we read, so plan to pay cash.

How we chose these clinics

We started from the problems readers raise about Fountain TRT and picked active partner clinics that answer one of them, with a published, checked price. Each card shows our score and rank from the same rubric we use for every clinic, partner or not; see our editorial policy for how scores are calculated. Prices change, so confirm the total at checkout.
