Short answer
GoodLife Health scores 6.2/10 (#31 of 40 clinics). The advertised $299/mo is GoodLife Health's membership fee alone. Medication is billed separately from $40/mo, so a realistic starting total is closer to $339/mo. There is also a flagged concern. See Is GoodLife Health legit? below.
Our verdict

How much does GoodLife Health cost?
GoodLife Health starts at $299/mo membership; medication billed by the pharmacy; first charge $598 covers two months. Verified 2026-11-04.
GoodLife Health charges one membership, $299 a month, which it says covers a clinician, monthly check-ins, messaging and one nine-test lab panel every 90 days. Medication is not included: the pharmacy bills it at its own price, and GoodLife's hormone page puts hormone medication at "Approximately $40 to $80 per month, paid direct to the pharmacy". Membership starts with a two-month commitment: $598 is held on your card at checkout and charged once a clinician accepts you, and from month three it is $299 month to month.
- Commitment
- Two-month minimum: $598 is held on your card at checkout and charged once a clinician accepts you, then $299 month to month.
At checkout, $598 is held on your card, covering your first two months of membership. It is not charged at checkout; it is charged only once your clinician accepts you into care.
(goodlifehealth.ai, read Nov 4, 2026) - Cancelling
- From month three, cancel at any time in the member portal or by emailing info@goodlifehealth.ai, and billing stops at the next cycle. The two-month payment is not refundable once you are accepted, and partial months are not refunded. If a clinician cannot accept you, the hold is released and nothing is charged.
We do not pro-rate refunds for partial months, and once you are accepted into care the two-month upfront payment is not refundable (except as required by law, and as set out in Section 5.2).

GoodLife Health is operated by GoodLife Health Professional Corporation (Arizona business ID 25068971, 100% owned by Kristin Makinajyan, DNP, a family nurse practitioner with NPI 1851197016 in Tucson) and GoodLife Health Management Inc (Arizona business ID 25068980), per its corporate structure page. Physicians of Beluga Health, P.A., a Florida professional association, deliver the medical care under contract; OpenCorporates lists BELUGA HEALTH P.A. (P20000036363) as active. GoodLife shows a LegitScript seal, but LegitScript's own lookup needs a reCAPTCHA, so we could not confirm it. FDA's warning-letter database returned no letter for GoodLife Health or Beluga Health on 4 November 2026.
Watch out for
You pay before any testosterone: membership starts with a two-month commitment, $598 held at checkout and charged once a clinician accepts you, not refundable after that. The membership page's timeline puts the start of hormone therapy in month three, after two months of labs and visits, while the hormone page says about three weeks from lab draw to therapy at your door. Every page also carries a "Cancel Anytime · No Long-Term Contract" banner. Medication is extra (GoodLife estimates $40 to $80 a month for hormones), so a TRT patient pays about $339 to $379 a month in total. The nine tests GoodLife lists for every included panel do not include testosterone, estradiol or PSA, while its hormone FAQ says the full hormone panel is included. The company is new: its terms took effect 1 July 2026 and its corporate structure page was first published in June 2026. We found no BBB profile and no Trustpilot profile for it.
“Testosterone deficiency doesn't kill people as far as we know but it is really an important symptomatic condition that affects quality of life.”

Who is clinically responsible
GoodLife Health names a clinician on its own pages. That is the clinic describing itself, not an independent endorsement. No licensed clinician is on record commenting on this clinic anywhere we could find. Where a name matched a single entry in the public NPPES registry with a corroborating specialty, we say so.

Better Business Bureau
No BBB profile found for GoodLife Health (checked 2026-11-04).
No BBB profile for GoodLife Health: bbb.org's search returned no result for "GoodLife Health", "GoodLife Health Professional", "GoodLife Health Management" or "goodlifehealth", and "Good Life Health" near Tucson returned only an unrelated chiropractor in Anthem, AZ (read 2026-11-04). Its medical partner's name returned one profile, "Beluga Health Co. P.A." in Hilliard, OH, unrated and not accredited; the name and address differ from the Beluga Health, P.A. on GoodLife's page, so we do not treat it as the same company.
Pharmacy partner
GoodLife Health does not name the specific pharmacy that fills or compounds its medications (checked goodlifehealth.ai (/hormone-optimization, /pricing, /legal/terms, /legal/corporate-structure), 2026-11-04). That is the norm for this category, not unusual for GoodLife Health specifically. Most providers we've checked don't name one either. No TRT pharmacy is named. GoodLife says prescriptions go to "an independent licensed pharmacy" or "the pharmacy you choose", which bills you directly; for GLP-1s it names LillyDirect and NovoCare.

How GoodLife Health works
- 1. Online intake. Complete a medical questionnaire about your symptoms and health history. Our list of the signs of low testosterone shows what the questions cover.
- 2. Bloodwork. Because testosterone is a Schedule III controlled substance, you'll do lab testing (at-home kit or a local lab). Never a questionnaire-only prescription.
- 3. Clinician review & delivery. A licensed clinician reviews your labs and, if appropriate, prescribes treatment shipped discreetly to your door, with ongoing monitoring.
Our guide to getting TRT online legally covers each step, including the state rules that decide which clinics can treat you.

Visit →Frequently asked questions
How much does GoodLife Health cost for TRT?
The membership is $299 a month, and it covers your clinician, monthly check-ins, messaging and one lab panel every 90 days. Testosterone is not included: the pharmacy bills it at its own price, and GoodLife estimates hormone medication at about $40 to $80 a month. So a TRT patient should budget about $339 to $379 a month. The first charge is $598, which covers the first two months. Read 4 November 2026.
Is there a commitment?
Yes, two months. At checkout $598 is held on your card; GoodLife's terms say it is charged only once a clinician accepts you, and it is not refundable after that. If a clinician cannot accept you, the hold is released. From month three the membership runs month to month at $299 and you can cancel any time, with billing stopping at the next cycle. Partial months are not refunded. Terms read 4 November 2026.
When would I actually start testosterone?
GoodLife's own pages disagree. Its membership page describes month one as intake and labs, month two as targeted labs and a written protocol, and says hormone therapy begins in month three. Its hormone page says it takes about three weeks from the lab draw to therapy at your door. If you are joining for TRT, ask before you pay, because the $598 covers the first two months either way.
Does GoodLife Health use compounded testosterone?
Its hormone page names one testosterone product, testosterone cypionate injections, and says its hormone therapy is FDA-approved and sent to an independent licensed pharmacy that bills you directly. GoodLife's statements that it does not use compounded drugs are about GLP-1 medications. One of its own articles says compounded bioidentical preparations such as BIEST are used where no manufactured equivalent exists; BIEST is an estrogen cream, not testosterone. Read 4 November 2026.
Who are the clinicians?
GoodLife Health Professional Corporation, owned by family nurse practitioner Kristin Makinajyan, DNP, is the clinical entity, and its site names three more team members (an FNP, an RN and an LVN). Its terms say direct medical care is delivered by licensed physicians of Beluga Health, P.A., working under GoodLife's protocols. The physicians are not named. Read 4 November 2026.
Which states does GoodLife Health serve?
All 50 states, per its membership and hormone pages, with the eligibility check confirming availability where you live. The pages do not mention Washington, DC. Read 4 November 2026.
Does GoodLife Health take insurance?
Not for the membership. GoodLife says you pay the clinical team directly, that many members use HSA or FSA dollars for the membership, and that medication billed by the pharmacy can often go through your own insurance. Read 4 November 2026.
Does GoodLife Health require a minimum commitment?
Two-month minimum: $598 is held on your card at checkout and charged once a clinician accepts you, then $299 month to month. GoodLife Health's wording: "At checkout, $598 is held on your card, covering your first two months of membership. It is not charged at checkout; it is charged only once your clinician accepts you into care." (read Nov 4, 2026).
How do I cancel GoodLife Health?
From month three, cancel at any time in the member portal or by emailing info@goodlifehealth.ai, and billing stops at the next cycle. The two-month payment is not refundable once you are accepted, and partial months are not refunded. If a clinician cannot accept you, the hold is released and nothing is charged. GoodLife Health's wording: "We do not pro-rate refunds for partial months, and once you are accepted into care the two-month upfront payment is not refundable (except as required by law, and as set out in Section 5.2)." (read Nov 4, 2026).
Can I pay GoodLife Health with an HSA or FSA card?
GoodLife Health says: "Many members pay the monthly membership using pre-tax HSA or FSA dollars." (read Nov 4, 2026). Whether a given purchase qualifies is up to your plan administrator.
