$98/mo requires a 12-month commitment and $109/mo a 6-month one, and AlphaMD's billing help says prepaid plans "are paid upfront for the full term". The tier labelled "Monthly" still requires three months, so there is no true month-to-month option at any price. The page also states "Pricing may adjust depending on your goals & dosage": the $129 plan covers doses up to 200 mg a week, and higher doses cost $132.75 to $162.75 a month. Initial labs are covered when ordered through its lab partner Assist Health (not yet in New York, New Jersey or Rhode Island); follow-up labs are paid by the patient. A 20% military and first-responder discount is published.
