TRT Nation Alternatives

By Alexandru Vieru · Founder & Editor · Prices checked as late as Oct 26, 2026 · Not medical advice

TRT Nation sells testosterone injections and cream at one monthly rate that covers the medication and unlimited consultations. It scores 7.1 out of 10 with us, #20 of 39 online TRT clinics we track. The rate is simple; what sits around it (a minimum purchase, labs billed separately, a no-refund policy) is why men look for an alternative. Here is that detail, and 4 partner clinics that score higher.

The clinics suggested on this page are affiliate partners: we may earn a commission if you sign up through their links, and each button is labelled. A commission never changes a score. The cards are ordered by our score. Clinics we have no affiliate relationship with are not suggested here, even where they score well; the full ranking lists all 39. See our affiliate disclosure.

Where TRT Nation is strong

There is no separate membership fee on top of the rate, and the rate includes the medication and unlimited consultations, which is the reason we label it best for unlimited consults. It scores 7.5 out of 10 on price and value and 8.0 on treatment options, with injections and cream both available. It is available in 45 of 51 states.

Why people look for an alternative

A minimum purchase, not a single month. The headline is $99.99/mo with a 2.5-month minimum purchase (trtnation.com, checked Oct 26, 2026). That means about $250 at signup before the first lab work, not one month’s rate. Its cost page describes the plan as having no contract while its testosterone page states the minimum underneath the price, so the two pages disagree. (trtnation.com, checked Oct 8, 2026)

Labs and some medication are extra. First lab work is billed separately at about $129 (trtnation.com, checked Oct 8, 2026), and follow-up labs, about 10 weeks after starting, then every 6 months, are billed separately too. Ancillary medication such as HCG is not in the rate, and TRT Nation does not publish what it costs.

No refunds. TRT Nation reserves a no-refund, no-return policy on all purchases. Its policy page does not say how to stop a renewal. (trtnation.com, checked Oct 14, 2026)

The experience score is its weakest. TRT Nation scores 4.5 out of 10 on patient experience. The 4.9 rating on its own reviews page is drawn from Google reviews it chooses to display, while its Trustpilot profile is a smaller sample it has not claimed. And it is not available in Alabama, Alaska, Arkansas, Missouri, North Dakota, Hawaii.

Who should stay with TRT Nation

Stay with TRT Nation if you live in a state it serves, you want injections or cream at one rate that already includes unlimited consultations with no membership on top, and you are comfortable with a 2.5-month minimum and a no-refund policy. On price it is competitive: of the partners above, only Peter MD and HeydayMD start lower per month, and only on prepaid plans.

How we chose these clinics

We started from the problems readers raise about TRT Nation and picked active partner clinics that answer one of them, with a published, checked price. Each card shows our score and rank from the same rubric we use for every clinic, partner or not; see our editorial policy for how scores are calculated. Prices change, so confirm the total at checkout.
