It is also named in two lawsuits brought by patients: a negligence claim in Indiana, whose current status we could not read, and a pending privacy class action in California. HIPAA disclosure
Not found. Checked 2026-08-30. The literal word "HIPAA" does not appear anywhere on maleexcel.com that we could find. Its privacy policy defers handling of health information to "affiliated medical practices" under "applicable law," without naming HIPAA specifically. This is a plain gap, not a compliance-seal mismatch. Male Excel doesn't assert anything about HIPAA that its own pages don't support, unlike Peter MD's dead HIPAA link below.
